Homemade Ranch Dressing

Most store-bought ranch dressing contains significant amounts of bad-for-you processed polyunsaturated fats not to mention thickeners and preservatives.  Making your own is easy and delicious!  Try this recipe:

1 garlic clove

ranch dressinggreen part of one scallion

1/4 c parsley leaves

2 teaspoons dried dill

2 teaspoons sea salt

1 cup plain yogurt

3/4 cup sour cream (I like Nancy’s Organic Cultured sour cream)

3 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise

black pepper

Place the garlic, scallion and parsley leaves in a mini-food processor or blender and process until minced.  Add the remaining ingredients and process until well mixed.

Yum!
